China will help Malaysia to build Malacca port so that it can be linked to Kuantan port in the future. When Malacca port is completed, vessels can offload goods in Malacca and transport to Kuantan by railway to be transported to South China Sea and vice versa. Therefore, Singapore fate is sealed in 2025.
