India regretted not joining RCEP because India thought that it could benefit from the US by opposing China's trade pact. The US had abandoned India after playing India out.
The US is also taking over Australia's exports to China after instigating the Aussie to oppose China.

Fortunately, Singapore and Vietnam refused to be scammed by the US by stating very clearly that they won't take sides. If not, we will end up like the Afghans, Syrians, Indians and Aussies.
