ICJ ruled against Ukraine over Russian invasion.

ICJ also rejected Ukraine's requests for compensations because ICJ didn't recognize Russian special military operation in Ukraine as an invasion. Therefore, it is illegal for the west (EU and US) to seize Russian overseas assets to compensate Ukraine.
