The peace negotiation has broken down!

Iran doesn't want to negotiate with the US anymore after the Israel's strikes on Beirut.  Trump has to give more to Iran now so that Iran is willing to continue the negotiation and sign the peace deal.

Trump announced that the peace deal would be signed today.  Who will be signing with the US when Iran still disagrees?  Trump is really getting delusional and can't be a US president anymore.

Trump had already disputed that the peace deal was in Iran's favour and Iran won't sign the peace deal unless it was in Iran's favour.

We've stated previously that the US had to relent and give in to Iran's demands to achieve a peace deal.  Trump did exactly what we've projected but he received some severe backlash from the republicans and democrats for caving in to the Iran's demands.  Thereafter, he tried to backtrack and deny the peace deal.

Another thing to note was Trump had left Israel out of the peace deal negotiation.  As stated previously, the anglo-saxons were trying to abandon and decimate Israel (Jews) to take back the control of the US from the Jews in the US and Trump abanonded Israel at the behest of the anglo-saxons.

Last but not least, the UAE had reached a deal with Iran for a non-retaliation deal.  The deal involved the UAE to release the locked up Iran's fund in exchange for an exclusion of any military revanchism (Iran didn't attack UAE for its retaliation).

The US is getting very delusional now by insisting that the Iran Deal is closed.

However, Iran has rejected Trump's proclamation.

There is a rumour that the deal is just a MOU and the MOU is not a legal binding contract.  A MOU only represents a common interest between the involved parties.
