The situation in Syria has deteriorated because the western countries took unilateral actions against Syria.
This is definitely an act of aggression because this is done without UN mandate.

I think Russia has a valid reason to accuse the western countries of trying to destroy the "chemical sites" so that the investigators cannot continue the investigation since everything is destroyed already.
