Australia is just trying to act tough against China by putting up a farcical show.

The Aussie is just putting up a show because the WTO appeal court has already shut down.

The appeal court is closed temporarily because it doesn't have at least 3 judges to preside over a case now.

Does the Aussie know this? Yes!  However, it still files an appeal despite knowing that the appeal court cannot accept the case.

Why does Australia do this then? It is just trying to act tough against China with a farcical show.
