The peace deal involves the following:
1. US sanctions for Iran will be lifted.
2. US will release $24B in frozen Iranian assets and $12B will be released immediately in exchange for a non-retaliation against Israel. However, Iran has rejected the non-retaliation request outright and is going to launch strikes against Israel soon.
3. US will withdraw its troops near Iran.
4. US and its allies will pay $300B to Iran for reconstruction after the US has spent $70B to attack Iran.
5. US will accept a fee-based Hormuz passage.
6. Iran's uranium is excluded from the current MOU.
The US attacked Iran in the name of nuclear weapon (enriched uranium) but this was excluded from the current MOU. There is going to be a fee-based Hormuz passage soon (after the Iran war) compared to the previous free and open passage (before the Iran war). Furthermore, the US and its allies will spend a total of $370B for this illegal Iran war. This is the US 3rd humiliating war after the Korea and Vietnam wars because the US has not compensated any country for its wrongdoing before.
If this is not a US defeat, we don't know what is a US defeat anymore.
