If you look at USA statistics, USA police killed or executed more people on the streets than the country did. When more people are killed on the streets by police, there will be fewer people for the country to execute.

AFP kept insisting that PCA was backed by UN even after UN declared that PCA wasn't under UN at all.
China has 1.4b people while USA has only 300m.
If you use the population ratio, USA executed or killed the most people in this world because its police are triggered-happy people. It's a blessing if you can make it to the court.
