Can you believe this?  The top management wanted to impose the credit card fee on 3 Jan 2018 and then retracted the imposition the next day.

The credit card fee imposition was a major decision that would affect all consumers and could irk the customers.  Therefore, this decision was not something to be taken lightly and must be done through thorough analysis and planning.  However, the top management just went ahead with this decision and retracted it the next day.

This farce shows that the top management doesn't know how to run an airline anymore by making a major decision lightly without much consideration.
