The US inflation is coming - Part 12

There were many other events that we had predicted correctly based on our own analyses.  The only major event left is the impending financial crisis and we've yet to put a timeline on it.

We still believe in our analyses for this to happen and our stance has not changed.  Furthermore, China has reinforced our belief by underestimating its own GDP growth.  We suspect that China is projecting a black swan event that will knock off a 2% GDP growth.

Covid cases are rising in Europe and North America again!

Poland, Turkey, France, Italy, and Brazil have started to report rising covid cases recently!

I suspect the new covid variants are causing the spikes in infection and reinfection rates in these countries as existing vaccines are less effective against them.

The recent US bond sales show that foreign buying interests have dwindled.

 The US government had sold 3 and 10 years bonds after its recent 7-year bond sale.

All the recent bond sales showed that foreign buying interests in the US had declined.  When there are fewer foreign buyers in the US Treasury market, the US will have difficulties in using its monetary policies to affect the world.
