Israel had more than 10,000 daily cases recently and more than 2.5m Israelis had received the 3rd booster shots.

Singapore has just started its 3rd booster shots for the vulnerable groups and it will take some time to cover the whole population.  Let's hope that we don't import other covid variants into SG when we open our borders.
