The US President, Joe Biden, has Parkinson's disease!

As shown in the video, the US president, Joe Biden, was frozen for about 19 seconds.

Freezing is a symptom of Parkinson's disease and this symptom is less commonly known compared to trembling.

Biden might also have other health conditions such as mental incapacity because he didn't seem to remember important things and names.  In the video below, he forgot that he was the US president as stated on his rostrum.
