We've stated previously that Taiwan was responsible for the illegal oil shipment to NK.  Trump and the western media were just embarking on a smearing campaign against China.

We've been proven right now.  The Taiwan fishery boss admitted that he knew that the oil shipment would be sold in international waters.  He chartered the HK ship to sell oil in international waters.
