Red alert: A major covid-19 virus outbreak may happen in Japan. - Part 2

Japan's infected cases have leaped to more than 600+ (Japan + Diamond Princess cruise).

We can say with certainty that Japan's covid-19 outbreak has happened because of the significant jump in the cases.  It was only 300++ when we first projected an outbreak in Japan.

Furthermore, Japan doesn't have a CDC (Contagious Disease Centre) to take charge of a virus outbreak.
