Pfizer cannot hide its real efficacy anymore because of the severe breakthrough cases in Israel and the UK.

The efficacy as stated by Israel was 64% which we believed was an overstatement because Israel was a staunched US ally.

We believe that a man is defined by his actions and not by his words.  When Pfizer is requesting a booster dose, it means its vaccine is not as effective as it has proclaimed.  If the vaccine has high efficacy, why is there a need for a booster dose then since it is effective?
