Hong Kong has managed to detect 7 imported fully vaccinated infections on Saturday. It will be difficult to prevent any breach now as fully vaccinated can get infected and spread the virus to others.
Singapore will be opening its border to 8 countries soon and there is no guarantee that there won't be any breach. Singapore will be in trouble if there is any breach because SG is densely populated.
To open or not to open the border is a very difficult choice now!
Many countries cannot afford to have another lockdown again.
