The US inflation is rearing its head again.

The core PCE (m-o-m) was 0.3% in March and the core PCE (y-o-y) was 2.8%.  If the monthly PCE is going to maintain its existing trajectory of 0.3%, the PCE for 2024 will be 3.6%.  This is something the US Fed doesn't want to see.
