Why did a hacker group attack Singapore critical infrastructure?

Could this hacker group (UNC3886) be taking a revenge against Singapore (SG) for deepseek's cyberattack during CNY 2025?

Unbeknownst to ordinary Singaporeans, deepseek server in China was attacked on the 1st day of CNY 2025 by a few countries and this deepseek cyberattack was orchestrated by the US.  Deepseek activated its cyberattack defence system including using quantum computing to defeat the cyberattack.  All the overseas IPs that attacked deepseek were recorded and analysed and SG was one of the countries that was involved in the cyberattack.

Thus, this attack against SG critical infrastructure may not be a state sponsored act but is a personal vendetta.
