This is the 3rd rate that China has cut after MLF & LPR. This cut in SLF will reduce the cost of debt for financial institutions. The SLF is cut by 10 basis points.
The multiple interest rate cuts show that China is adamant to grow its GDP to 5.5% in 2022 as stated.
