Fed Bullard reiterates his 3.5% interest rate again!

This is the 2nd time that Fed Bullard reiterates his 3.5% interest rate in April.

The US mortgage rate had crossed 5% recently.  If the Fed rate hits 3.5% by the end of the year, the mortgage rate will probably be above 7.5% and this will impact the sales and rental markets tremendously.
