US FED supports 50bp rate hike in May 2022!

Just as we had projected in January 2022, the US FED would be hiking aggressively in the 1st half of 2022.  It looks like the US FED will start to hike its rates aggressively in May and June 2022.

The current US FED range is 0.25-0.5% now but the US mortgage rate has crossed 5%.

The US mortgage rate will be doubled from last year by the end of 2022 when the US FED keeps hiking its rates at every meeting.  The housing market will be in serious trouble when the mortgage rate is doubled.
