US retail sales had crashed!

 US retail sales (YOY): 2.5%

US retail sales (MOM): -0.1%

The US consumers have started to cut back on their spendings and this is not unexpected because the harbinger PMI subindex has indicated this.  There was a significant decline in the new local order (PMI subindex).
