What will the US Fed do for its July meeting?

The Fedwatch tool is projecting the US Fed to stay put in July again.  Thus, it is likely that the US Fed will only cut its rates in September and avoid the November cut because of the US election.  However, if the inflation data start to rebound before its September meeting, the US Fed will continue to stay put for the rest of the year.  Let's watch how this will pan out.
