The truth is out.  The US didn't rescue the F15 pilot that was shot down.  Iran had released the video about his death after crashing.  No wonder the US didn't do any live media for the rescued pilot because dead man won't talk.  The truth was that the US was doing some clandestine operations in Iran but failed miserably.  This was the primary reason for making the "Hollywood movie" about a successful pilot rescue operation including using a high technology (ghost murmur) to locate the pilot's beating heart.

The US also orchestrated another falsehood for the Lebanon-Israel peace talk.

The truth was that the US couldn't get both leaders to meet.  Therefore, it summoned the ambassadors from both embassies to Washington DC for a talk together and framed this as the rare peace talk.

All these fabrications were orchestrated by Trump to manipulate the financial markets by creating a false sense of euphoria and the markets could crash easily because they moved up based on fake narratives.
