Trump had declared that the peace deal would be signed on 19 June 2026. This was not his 1st proclamation because the previous peace deal announcement was last Sunday (14 June 2026).
However, people are losing faith in his announcement already.
The Iranian hardliners objected to the peace deal after the Israel strikes on Beirut.
In order to appease these hardliners, Iran had announced a strong response/retaliation against Israel.
If Trump is really sincere in signing the peace deal with Iran, Trump has to let Iran do its retaliation against Israel without any intervention.
This is bad news for Israel because it has to face Iran on its own without the US help.
