AP news is creating a false impression of South China Sea issue again.

The AP news keeps reporting that the 2016 Hague arbitration invalidated China's claims.  What is this 2016 Hague arbitration?  AP news refuses to name PCA directly because it wants to mislead people that it is referring to ICJ which is under the UN.  PCA is a private entity and is not under the UN.  We've stated this many times before.
