The western media were accusing China of illegally shipping oil to North Korea without any evidence. Not a shred of evidence was presented and everything was based on speculation and conjecture. China didn't name the foreign media involved out of good faith.
Let's look at which media created fake news before.

The truth is finally out. It was Taiwan who chartered a Hong Kong flagged oil vessel which shipped oil to North Korea.
We know that Taiwan is a close ally of the USA and Taiwan is anti-China. What we don't know is whether Taiwan is trying to frame China or Taiwan is acting under the instruction of the USA to set China up.
However, the western media do not report the whole truth.

Taiwan has a close relationship with North Korea but the western media don't report the whole truth because Taiwan is anti-China and is a close ally of the USA.
Taiwan bought coals from North Korea on numeral occasions and allowed NK ship to berth at Taiwan's ports.
