If we look at the timeline in South China Sea, China is the last country to build constructions on the islands in South China Sea in retaliation to Vietnam & Philippines. How could China maintain peace in South China Sea when other countries were building up infrastructures? Look like our PM needs to study the historical timeline first before commenting.
