We need to use a holistic approach to solving this puzzle instead of parsing it. In short, look at the picture as a whole and not in parts.

First, look at the symbols and see which one gives you the most information and solve it.
Square symbol is divisible by 3 and 4.
Triangle symbol is divisible by 4 only.
The other symbols are meaningless.

Therefore, we will solve square symbol first.
How do we derive a number for a square that is divisible by 3 and 4? This question presents the answer by itself.
Square = 3 X 4 = 12. 12 is divisible by 3 and 4.

Once you have solved the square symbol, you can solve the rest.

Therefore,
Square = 12
Star = 11
Triangle = 8
Love = 13
